Can you engrave my logo?
Yes, we're happy to use your logo or custom artwork! There's a one-time setup fee of $15. To help us get the best results, please send your logo in black and white, in either PDF, PNG, or JPG format. We can't accept full-color logos, so please convert them before sending.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. However, if you have any issues, please contact us so we can decide whether your product(s) qualify for a refund or replacement.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the specifics of each project. We typically deliver most items within 7-10 business days. However, during holidays and busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Custom projects may require additional time.
Do you provide artwork proofs?
Proofs and mock-ups are provided only upon request. Please note that requesting a proof will result in a delay of at least 2-3 business days to your order's processing time, pending approval. We recommend reviewing the default sample designs featured in the listings.
